Moxfield vs Archidekt: which one fits your collection?
Moxfield and Archidekt are two well-known web deck builders for Magic: The Gathering, and both track collections. This page compares them on what matters if you start from the cards you own, with a source for every claim. RuneBinder is in the third column because that's what we make; we say where the other two do more.

Moxfield: what it's good at
Moxfield is built around decks: a large library of public decks per format, profiles of well-known brewers, and deck tools like custom tags and packages. Its collection tracker covers paper, MTGO and Arena, sorts cards into binders, and imports CSVs from many other apps, ManaBox included. Enable the collection on a deck and every card gets a checkmark for whether you own it. It's free; Patreon from $1 a month removes the ads. [X1, X4]
Archidekt: what it's good at
Archidekt is a visual deck builder: you search, build and look at stats and prices without leaving the editor. Prices come from four sources side by side, including Cardmarket. Any deck, also someone else's, can be opened in the playtester. It's free with ads; supporting on Patreon from $2 a month removes them. [A1, A2]
Where RuneBinder fits
RuneBinder isn't a third deck builder in the same race. It starts from your collection: drop in your ManaBox, Moxfield, Deckbox or Archidekt export, and see which decks you can build and what you're missing, in euros, ready for a Cardmarket Wants list. No account needed.
Already have a deck on Moxfield or Archidekt? Export it as text and paste it in the deck value calculator or the Cardmarket Wants tool. In the app you can import that decklist too, and see which cards you already own.
FAQ
Is Moxfield or Archidekt better for tracking a collection?
Both track collections, and both need an account for it. Moxfield documents the most import formats (ManaBox, Archidekt, Deckbox and more) and shows per deck which cards you own; Archidekt takes a generic CSV. If you'd rather not make an account, RuneBinder reads those exports directly in your browser.
Do Moxfield and Archidekt show Cardmarket prices in euros?
Archidekt lists Cardmarket as one of four price sources. For Moxfield, its help pages don't say; its FAQ talks about prices in dollars. RuneBinder shows only Cardmarket prices, in euros, via Scryfall. See how we get prices.
Can I use RuneBinder together with Moxfield or Archidekt?
Yes. Keep building on Moxfield or Archidekt, and paste the decklist into RuneBinder to see its value in euros, what you're missing from your own collection, and a ready Cardmarket Wants list.
